Leamington Hibs Unser 12s

Leamington Hibs Under 13’s have been sponsored by Laser Tools since 2013 via kit sponsorship.

Leamington Hibs U13’s enjoyed their best season ever in the Nerf Junior Premier League finishing 2nd out of 40 teams and thus qualifying for the end of season playoffs comprising the top eight sides. Hibs were narrowly defeated 1-0 in the semi-final by eventual winners North Somerset.

Hibs also progressed to the Quarter Final of the League Cup losing away to eventual winners Weston Super Mare on penalties. A great season was topped off by victories against Birmingham City and Arsenal with Hibs also winning their last 7 league games on the trot.

Jason Thompson completed a great season ending up 2nd in the Top Scorer charts scoring 23 goals in 20 games.

Unfortunately to play in the Nerf Junior Premier League you have to have 3 teams competing at different age groups and Leamington Hibs have not got another two teams of the required standard to play in that academy based league so next season we will be playing under our new parent club which will be Solihull Moors F.C. U14’s. All the coaching staff and players have moved en masse and look forward to another successful season with the kind support of our sponsor Laser Tools.

2013-2014 saw them complete their first season in the Nerf Junior Premier League which is the League just below Football Academy level. For this reason the League is very tough and competitive and Hibs finished the season strongly to claim a very creditable 3rd place finishing the season with a narrow 5-4 defeat to WBA. Hibs are now looking to go one better in 2014-2015 in the Nerf Junior Premier with their eyes on a top two finish.

Established in 1974, the success of Leamington Hibs is built upon the generations of players who return to the club in their later years, wanting to get involved or introducing their children into a footballing environment they trust. Our continued growth is a direct result of the community word of mouth that continues to involve everyday people in the running of a football club and policies aimed to provide footballing opportunities at all levels, for any child with an interest in football.

We wish them every success during the 2014-2015 season
