Innovative front subframe bush removal kit

Innovative front subframe bush removal kit

Saturday 09 May 2015
The front sub-frame bushes fitted to the Vivaro, Trafic and Primastar vans are a common service item; the usual method of replacement is to remove the complete subframe assembly and then use a workshop press to remove the bushes. Laser Tools have just introduced a new bush tool kit (part number 6051), that has been developed to quickly and easily remove the bushes without removing the subframe. Being able to perform this task on the vehicle is a considerable time saver for the workshop and makes it a one-person job.

This innovative tool kit (designed, developed and manufactured at Laser Tool’s manufacturing plant in Sheffield), includes a cutter to remove the lower outer ring of the existing bush which then allows the remaining part of the bush to be extracted without damaging the subframe. All tools and fittings are provided to extract the bush and press in the new replacement.

This professional, British designed and manufactured solution is available now from your local Laser Tools supplier -- remember to check for the best prices and special offers.
